DOES EVERYDAY FEEL LIKE AN
UPHILL BATTLE?
You wake up tired. You think about all the things you need to do today. How are you going to manage?
You scroll through your phone and eventually get up - frantically rushing round to get ready in time. Where did I leave my keys?! Why isn't my laptop charged?!
You make it just in time - well maybe a few minutes late. Everyone else seems to have it together. You put on your best face as if it's easy for you too. Oh no, was that needed for today?!
You go through the day with reminders drink, and all the other important things. Yet you still manage to forget things. Or you intend to get round to that thing but it never seem to get happen and the days just fly past.
Your room/ house never stays tidy even after all your promises to yourself and your family.
You finish for the day absolutely exhausted and drained. What's for dinner? You still have a few things to do. You don't know which one to do first so you do something else instead. Or you do nothing because you can't decide and you're overwhelmed. You've been invited out, that sounds like fun, you're not doing anything anyways. You come home 2 hours later, WHAT, is that the time?!
You crash into bed and tell yourself you'll do better tomorrow and won't procrastinate, and you put those last tasks as the priority at the top of your list. It's 1am yet you still have trouble falling asleep.
Life doesn't have to be this way!
STUDENTS
Whether you are in Year 11, Sixth Form, or university, trying to study and have a social life - yet stay organised - can be rather challenging! Not to mention leaving everything til the night before the deadline... The further along you get, the less structure and support is available, yet the demands just seem to increase! But you really want to succeed. How do you manage yourself and your time with all the other things you'd rather be doing?!
It's therefore the best time to figure out how your unique brain works, what your top strengths are, how you naturally absorb information, what you need to succeed, what's getting in your way and how to overcome those obstacles!
ADULTS
Whether you are a young professional, newly married or a mother of a house full of teenagers (or both!), the challenges of this stage of life are enormous. From moving out for the first time and figuring out how and when to do housework, to working a job with little structure or oversight in an unsuitable environment, to meeting the needs of others as well as your own, how do you juggle it all and stay sane?!
It's about time you figured out what helps you be at your best so you can handle everything, how your unique brain works, what self-care you need, how to make life feel lighter, what systems you need to have in place to overcome the challenges and
thrive!

MEET YOUR COACH
Hi, I'm Daniella Michaels! I’m a strengths-focused ADHD Coach, trained with ADDCA - the leading ADHD coach training programme accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard in coaching.
